The Irish Leprechaun's Treasure: Tales
The Irish Leprechaun's Treasure
Once upon a time, there was a farmer who worked in the countryside. Every day he climbed onto his old tractor to plow the land and grow lettuce, tomatoes, and potatoes. He was very hardworking. His day began early in the morning and ended at seven-thirty in the evening.
The farmer prayed to God for help. He had a large and very poor family, and he could never stop working. With the sun on his back, he tirelessly drove his red tractor so he could sell his vegetables at the local market.
One ordinary day, the farmer was raking the soil, clearing away the dry leaves from the ground. Suddenly, beneath a small leaf, he discovered a tiny man. It was an Irish leprechaun. The farmer could hardly believe his eyes—he had never seen one before. The little leprechaun wore a dark green suit and a matching hat.
The tiny creature introduced himself.
"I am the magical leprechaun, and you are entitled to three wishes."
The astonished farmer did not hesitate.
"I wish for great wealth, good health, and, above all, a happy family."
The leprechaun granted his wishes and vanished without leaving a trace.
Legend has it that the farmer bought the largest farm in his village and lived happily with his family for the rest of his days.
The end.
